1. How will wedding dress be made?
They are handmade by expert tailors, and supervised by well-trained designers. Every step is done carefully in a boutique studio in Vietnam. We choose only good quality fabrics, mostly from Asia suppliers, although we also import laces from Europe.

2. Do I have to pay additional fees upon clearance of my parcel by Customs in my country?
Yes. All Customs Duties & Taxes are to be payable by you to Customs at the time of import into your country for a successful delivery of your item/s. D&A Bridal does not collect any import-related Duties/ Taxes from the customer. Your order will be exclusive of Duties & Taxes (ie. GST/ VAT) which will only become due & payable at your country’s border. This is not a fee by D&A Bridal, but that from your country’s border protection officials.

3. How do I track my parcel?
At time of shipment, you will receive from us: Your tracking number acting as confirmation of shipment for your order.

4. Will my wedding dress look exactly like the photos?
Each dress is made uniquely by hand. Furthermore, two wedding dresses will never be exactly the same because the placement of the ornaments (lace, beading work, etc) may differ slightly and not appear exactly as in the photos. The color might also be a little bit different due to the lighting conditions between the photos and reality. We commit to using the same fabrics that were shown in the photos for your wedding dress.

5. Do you have dresses in stock?
No, we don't have ready-to-wear wedding dresses.
Your wedding dress will be made to order, especially with your own size and needs. We only start the process when you place an order.

6. How long does it take to make my dress? Can I make a rush orders?
Every wedding dress requires a different time frame to be completed. The process usually takes between 7-9 weeks, excluding shipping time which is 7-10 days.
Rush orders are permitted. We will complete your order as a priority. It can be done within a month or less, especially without extra fee.

7. Can I customize my dress from the collections?
We love to see brides are who are truly and deeply happy with their wedding dresses, therefore, we gladly accept modifications/changes to any of our initial designs.
Don't hesitate to tell us about your ideas, new visions and inspirations. We're always open to discussing on all the important details to get the best wedding dress for you.

8. What happens if the dress that I receive is too small, too big, or too short?
We commit to using exactly the measurement information provided, and we double check the dress before shipping.
We also won't be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied, or any size changes that occur during the production process (such as the loose or gain of weight). If you realize your size has changed during the process, please immediately contact us, so we can fix the dress before it is shipped. Extra charges might be required depending on the changes needed. But we guarantee the surcharge will be reasonable.
